- To make a booking it is required to send by mail a postal order or an IBAN transaction 50% of the stay.
- Without booking, the payment will be made at the arrival.
- Check-in: between 16:00 and 22:00.
- Check-out: until 14:00.
- Breakfast service: from 8:30 to 10:30.
- Housekeeping service (kitchenettes not included): until 13:00.
- Pets are not allowed.
- No smoking.

- Cancellations must be notified no later than 15 days before arrial; cancellations notified 14 to 8 days before arrival will have a loss of 50% of the deposit; cancellations made 7 days or less before arrival will have a loss of 100% of the deposit.
